I was there for eight days. Nobody came to clean the room to make the better to sweep or mop or vacuum. I had the big sweet room 311. The last couple times they came and got my towels. Never brought new ones. I had to go to the front desk and get them. Housekeeping hanging around. My front door is talking all the time instead of taking care of their job. I’ve been gone there for almost 7 months. This is the worst. I ever had it there. There are not the only. Around the airport. They are more. I could take my business somewhere else.

The fire alarm in the room kept beeping the entire time we were there, the tub was leaking all on the floor, we didnt have towels in the room. The sofa bed that was supposed to be there was a recliner chair and it smelled like urine.

Staff were nice. The attendant at night that watched the parking lot seemed to be more of a lingering patron rather than a worker initially but was keeping a watchful eye. I asked the front desk if he was security or just a patron lingering and she informed me he was security. The bed did not have a comforter. Some updates need to be made on paint etc. the AC unit in bedroom never shut off even though I switched to off. The window was leaking when it rained heavy the first night there.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly, rooms were spacious and comfortable, surprised no breakfast but coffee was free and delicious, the only issue was safety/security, the morning after our first night my vehicle and another next to it where broken in and had our window broken, nothing was taken, was told by front desk and police they are looking for weapons and target pick up trucks, spent whole afternoon looking for place to replace window, then second night kept going out to parking lot every hour till 1:00 am to check out parking lot, morning front desk stated it is very common now and it might be more convenient to leave vehicle unlocked. I know its happening constantly in City of San Antonio at hotels and restaurants, but a security guard would help since there are is no fence around the establishment.

Check in person was not friendly, the room had an unpleasant smell. Needless to say I checked out early and the same unfriendly person reminded me she still had to charge the full payment. I will never stay there again.

Refrigerator was extremely noisy, power kept going out in the room, tv only had limited channels, no kids entertainment, kitchen had no hot water, tub was dirty and hotel staff didn't want to provide extra blanket. They have NO breakfast!

Hotel was nice, location was convenient. The ladies who worked the front desk were nice. The downfall of this hotel was they did not have enough clean towels, we went one night with only hand towels and washcloths because they didn’t have any bath towels. Housekeeping did not try to clean our room the entire visit until 9 in the morning of the day we were checking out. Our stay was 3 nights.
