Check in and check out was quick and easy. Requested a shuttle to the airport at 6am and they were right on time. Stayed in other hotels during my week in San Antonio and this had the most comfortable bed and pillows. Clean shower and bathroom. Very pleased for the price!

They had roaches in the bathroom when I told the front desk he said oh it’s the weather,an he wasn’t the manager so he can’t do anything,waited for the manager he was no help anyway,FYI they dnt serve breakfast only coffee an granola bars

Parking was easy. Was worried if my vehicle would still be there in the morning, but it was! Maybe because I parked right by the office. Did not leave my vehicle there for long-term parking. Room was sufficient for a quick stay before an early morning flight.

Granola bar not considered breakfast!!

Overall just a place to sleep and bathe. There is NO breakfast as they say, a granola bar and coffee are not breakfast, very misleading!! Dated but clean and no bugs!!

At check in the front desk guy was amazing! I was in a mood and upset because my flight was cancelled and rebooked for the next morning. I didn't have any cash and needed some water, as I was in tears he gave me his own bottled water which was very much appreciated. The room was good but the A/C was so loud and did not cool the room enough for me. I like it to be cooler so kept it on but was so loud I could not sleep at all. Did not love that I had to pay for the airport transfer because it was at 5am and it was just the guy at the front desk who drove me. I wonder if it was later if it was someone else.

Location was a convenience however limited on space one way in one way out. Clean neat organized. No continental, coffee and granola bars. Right by the airport shopping restaurants all within half a mile either way, but convenience of one way on the access road for the interstate.
