I didn’t like it at all. I’ve stayed at double tree in Dallas and this was far from it. The ac was leaking inside the room on the carpet. The elevator buttons were falling off.

I loved the environment, the staff was nice and friendly answered all my questions. Gave us options about our room such as what floor we would like, the view. Very clean, we felt safe. Will definitely be coming back.

Overall,I had a great experience. The restaurant and bar inside the hotel were very convenient. My children and myself were able to enjoy our individual entertainment without leaving each other. When I stayed one extra night I was overly charged, in my opinion. The agent could have mentioned what the room rate was and given me an option. Basically, I was charged the same rate, $260.00 for (1) night that I I initially paid for the first (2) nights combined, $260.00.
