Great location for getting to military base and airport as it is in between both. Restaurants food was really good and customer service was as well. Only thing we didn’t like was the $22 dollars plus taxi a night just to park. It was a strange to us.

Staff was great for my 1st 2 nights then on my 3rd day we had to ask for a shuttle to Sea World , cause since it is included with the stay we said let's see how it goes cause we have passes so parking was free either way . First off lady in the front said at 12 so I skipped eating and said let's just go , they had us waiting in the lobby another 15 min when we were the only ones waiting , then as my husband and I were talking the lady from the front was like ," Guys!" We will park like over here . After hundreds of dollars spent at this hotel and that's how we were referred , "Guys", it was my husband and I with our 2 kids . Then made us wait outside in the drizzle and cold cause a bus inconveniently parked in the front , like a BIG BUS and instead pick us up on the side not the front doors . After traveling to sea world with this hag and her trainee Sea world was closed . She questioned like , "did y'all check if it was open?", "do y'all only have one day tickets ?" No. We have Platinum Passes and yes we obviously checked if it was open , app said it was . Did she think we stupid ? What other reason would I have picked that hotel across the street from the Sea World , and then as we were leaving she's like , "oh well, maybe next time!" I didn't know she would be paying for our next trip to say that . Would never stay here again ! Maybe I'm not WHITE, 50 years old and strut my money around but trust me, we do good for ourselves .Hyatt next time or the Marriott,but never again

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great stay at the Hilton San Antonio Hill Country! The staff was super nice and attentive, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend getting a courtyard view—it’s definitely worth it. Would absolutely stay here again!
