Our stay would have been amazing if it was not for the people below us. They complained of noice just by us walking in our room, even when it was not quiet hours. Not to mention the staff gave us attitude over their complaint without actually listening to us or acknowledging our side of the story. I felt like we could not even walk to the restroom without getting a call from the front desk.!

Bathroom n room was very clean . Kitchen area was clean and had dishes, bowls n silverware. Cups n glasses too. Had a coffee maker n microwave. Great size TV with built in apps. Shower was walk in which was nice.Air conditioner worked great. Lots of drawers n storage. Curtain between beds n couch was a good idea. My used it because he stayed up later than me watching tv. We all decided this will be our go to hotel on our next SA visit. Breakfast was a nice surprise how much there was to choose from. Something for everyone.

The breakfast was really basic and no good. The personal kitchen was so rude, the room is okay and the personal clean only if you need it the hotel give this services, if you no requested never clean your room.

We always stay here when we go to SeaWorld

We love this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. We love the convenience of the location. The suites are comfortable and feel spacious.

Room is clean and very friendly staff. But it looks like that they are on a very straight budge on the breakfast. They after 9:10 am, they only bring out the food when you ask for it. If you eat after 9:30 you won't know do they serve sausage or something else.

The room was clean. However, the carpet was stinking from a dog going bathroom on it. They clean it up right away. My last 2 nights they place children over me. At 12 pm midnight they ran from one end of room to another. Called the noise stop. the next day was awakened at 3:00 am. For children running and stomping on the floor. Could not get those nights refunded. The manager wanted to give Hilton points.

The housekeeping service is horrible. In five nights they didn’t clean our room. We had to go to the front desk in several occasions to request them to take out the trash of our room. The shower was dirty.

After a late check in because our room was ready yet I was pleasantly surprised how great the room was. My girls and I enjoyed the pool; the beds, and breakfast. Highly recommend.
