Not a comfortable stay!

Our room had an odd smell to it as if the carpets are old and dusty, we asked if they could come and vacuum, but it took them two days to come around to it. They do not provide room service. You have to go down and ask for towels, and when we asked them if they could take out our trash and towels, the front desk told us to leave it outside our room, which to me seems kind of disgusting for other guests to see your trash and towels out in the hallway. Overall very dissatisfied with the service of this hotel…front desk seems like they’re always in a bad mood and give off a wrong vibe. Not friendly like other hotels we’ve stayed at … will not be returning

The rooms were dirty, bugs in the fridge, look like they never dust. Light switch is confusing because it’s behind the end table. Lamp shades were stained. Mold smell all around the hotel, from the front door to the elevators.
