It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had staying in San Antonio. There was no hot water the whole time we were there and the family suite did not have a comfortable pull out bed at all.

32 a night for parking! Roaches in the hallway and in the room. Also saw a rat on the visible lower roof top, im sure it climb up the palm tree that rest against the building. Will not be staying there again. Busted bag carts. Constant wet elevator lobby!

An easy walk to the River Walk. The pool and hot tub were surprisingly nice. Standard breakfast. The tiny bar of soap and very small shampoo, conditioner (sample size) were lacking. I suggest bringing your own if you are staying more than one day.
