treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may

FOR PETS:
\- Dogs allowed by pre-approval only and an additional $75 pet cleaning fee
will be applied.
\- $75 Pet Fee must be paid prior to check-in or your dog will not be allowed
on the property.
\- Your dog should be friendly and house trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads
are NOT allowed.
\- Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone.
\- No dogs should be left unattended in backyard. Properly collect and dispose
of pet waste.
\- You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog
\- Limit of one dog. Any additional dog may be considered on a case to case
basis.
