Before I left on my trip, I specifically got on the horn with Expedia, and a representative from Expedia called the hotel to make sure that I could check in at 9:00 a.m.. When I got to the hotel, the lady at the desk was very cold and distant, saw the note and completely ignored it. My room was not ready when I got off the plane. It's very unprofessional in customer service to promise a customer something and then not deliver. Everything else about my stay there was wonderful but that really sourd my experience.
