I was in San Antonio for a short vacation. My stay there was great. They took care me while I was there. If I ever go back there I would not stay any place else. Where ever I go I will always stay and one of there locations.

Stayed for 9 nights. In town for family stuff and decided to make into vacation. Staff was great, for the most part, including great restaurant ideas. Location pretty central for our purposes. But one day housekeeping took all of our dirty towels and left no clean. Also the piping of the shower was done backwards (single control - turning all the way yielded max cold rather than hot).

The stay was good. However, the bathroom in our suite smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We think the person above or below us may have been smoking in their bathroom. We need to keep fan in bathroom to get rid of odor. The floors and kitchen could have been a little cleaner. Breakfast was good, staff was very courteous.
