Better in the past.

We've stayed here several times. Always clean. Disappointed this time by the new parking charge. Tub didn't drain well and the toilet seat was very loose. Ran out of coffee cups and only frosted flakes for cereal option at breakfast. A pitcher of ice water with breakfast would be nice too. Was better when the milk & yogurt were kept cold in a mini fridge.

I love the appearance of everything! The hotel, the area, the appliances. The bath tub leaked a little in my bathroom but everything else was phenomenal! I stayed in room 225. Staff was so nice, quick, and detailed. Would definitely stay here again.

I asked for our room to be cleaned and it wasn’t. When I took the towels down to get new ones they gave me pool towels. There wasn’t a working ice machine in the entire hotel. They failed to inform us that they were charging us &3.99 a day to park in the parking lot.

It was great & clean, staff are super helpful & nice. Parking isn’t free it’s like $3.99 a day. Breakfast options limited but other than that it was a good stay especially for the price.

There was peanut butter in the side of the bed and tons of food crumbs under the couch cushions. There were not any vending machines but they had a small store. Breakfast in the morning was decent and always having hot coffee out was a plus.

No. No matter the price.

Check in was horrible. The staff member was grumpy and tried to charge me double the rate I showed a hotels.com receipt for. I had to get hotels.com to call him to honor the rate and that took 30+minutes. The room had two pillows for a king and pull out sofa room and no blanket for the sofa. I asked for a blanket and some pillows for the sofa on night two and Mr. Grumpy gave me a blanket but told me I couldn't have pillows. There were also only two towels in the room, an no room service between nights. Normally I wouldn't mind, but a room of that size with only two towels for a two night stay is ridiculous. The breakfast had bagels and orange juice only. No coffee- when I asked for coffee she said, they were out. The bathrooms were dirty- with actual globs of dirt on the walls. The worst of all though, is the door to the room didn't stay shut unless it was locked. All in all, horrible experience.

It was close to airport and with shuttle but the shower draner water wasnt going done and i called several time but no one pickup the phone and i had to go down to front desk and tell them Breack fast bagels wasnt fresh and in hot water there was black things in it that i show them

Its pretty good for budget hotel. The room quite big and clean. Close to airport and the shuttle was helpful. The young guy who drove shuttle car to pick up airport rental car on 2/17 was sooo nice, respectful and helpful. The young lady at reception also nice and helpful. The 24/7 coffee also really great. Will stay in this hotel again if we visit San Antonio. Great hotel for a great price.
