The stay was so comfortable for a family of 5 with kids under the ages of 6 years old. We were conveniently put in a room on the first floor! The room was clean, breakfast was top tier, and the staff were pleasant. We will stay here again in the future.

wifi didn't work at all and it was a huge inconvenience as I was not able to work off my laptop. I was informed at check in I would be able to change room to a double vs king and that didnt happen as well. Bad stay because of a stupid reason.

I know this is going to seem like a dumb reason to give a bad review, but it genuinely made my stay worse. I called this hotel before booking to make sure they had a usable printer, as I knew I would need it for the business I was in town for the morning before I checked out. I was assured it was usable. The morning I tried to use it, I discovered the printer had two sheets on paper in it and the front desk worker could not locate any other paper. I went to the next-door Target and bought a ream of paper myself so that I could print what I had to. It is incredibly frustrating that a 3-star hotel either does not have paper for their business center printer, or the worker did not feel like looking beyond a cursory glance under his desk. The rest of the hotel was aggressively ok. The elevators were incredible warm, for some reason.
