Overall we had a good stay! Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4pm (check in is at 3). So we had to wait about 30 minutes longer. The staff were very nice and apologetic and offered a $10 credit for the pantry for the trouble. The room was clean and very spacious. The king size bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, the pull out couch wasn’t great but that was to be expected in my opinion. We slept great, it was nice and quiet and seems like a safe area! My daughter and friend had a great time at the pool which was nicer than I expected.

This place was perfect! It was close to Lackland AFB, we were in town for a graduation. We wanted a place for 4 ppl to stay comfortably. Our suite had two bedrooms, a living room and kitchen with daily housekeeping services if needed, which you can’t get with a vacation rental. It was clean, tidy and well maintained. Front office staff were friendly and attentive. Housekeeping staff, when requested, were there within minutes to help take our trash and provide fresh clean towels. Breakfast was a good variety of hot foods, cereal, pastries and juices (hot coffee and cocoa too). We only had breakfast once bc we had to be on base before 6am for the two days of graduation.

My Family and I had an amazing experience at Staybridge Suites in San Antonio Lackland. The customer service was beyond excellent and every staff member I interacted with was very friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely recommend Staybridge Suites San Antonio Lackland to anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort, and a welcoming environment. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

I overall enjoyed the overall ambience of the hotel. What brought the stars down was the cleanliness of the bathrooms. There was hair in the shower, and the toilet was disgusting. I did address this with the front desk and they assured me i would receive points, I’m not sure if I’ve received them as of yet.

Everything about my stay was excellent. The front desk associates were courteous, and welcoming. This area was very accessible for shopping and close to restaurants. I will definitely book another stay here.

It was a nice hotel, however my only 2 issues was only 1 elevator worked which meant having to wait a little bit for it to come. Another was after coming back from a long day my card did not work to get back into room. I had to wait for the 1 elevator to go back down so they could fix my room card. The lady wasnt so nice about it and made it sound like it was my fault for putting it in my purse. However everyone else was nice and the hotel was nice
