It was okay but nothing great

The bed was very comfy and the location was convenient. The staff were not super friendly but we only needed them for check in and check out. The only big complaint I had was about the AC not getting the room cool and that the shower water was lukewarm at max.

I went down to reception and no one was there. I waited about 10 minutes and the staff member returned from doing other tasks. She immediately got me a remote and I was all set. It is a concern that the phones weren't working as if there was an emergency you had no way to contact anyone.
