The apartments, located in blocks of terraced villas and partly renovated, are set in a well-kept context, reminiscent of picturesque Ligurian villages. They are comfortable and have a balcony, terrace or private garden. At the guests' disposal there is a bar, a restaurant, a launderette and ironing facilities, and a pay car park (according to availability). Contributing to an even more relaxing stay is a well-kept garden with a children's play area.



 



This spacious two-room apartment, designed to comfortably accommodate up to four individuals, spans an approximate area of 33 square meters. The well-appointed living space includes a bedroom with either a double bed or twin beds, and a living room featuring a double sofa bed. Additionally, the apartment boasts a balcony, terrace, or garden, providing a delightful outdoor extension to the living quarters.
