Clean and quiet!

This property is very quiet and clean. It’s a couple of blocks off the freeway so you don’t have that heavy freeway noise that you have a lot of other properties. I can’t tell you about breakfast because I had to leave early every morning to go to work. The rooms are very clean and spacious. It’s in like new condition overall and it’s in a very good neighborhood.

Stayed on the first floor and it was noisy most of the time. I could not sleep during the night. I booked for a Suite with 2 beds and staff put me in the wrong room. It was such an inconvenience I did not get a message or phone call. That was going to happen. I need a refund or some type of compensation for the inconvenience.

very loud hvac at night

HVAC was very loud turning on and off all night even after shutting off. So loud that earplugs didnt help much and I only got a few hours of sleep before a big presentation.

Couldn’t get room temperature right .. woke up at 2 am our room was way too hot !! Toilet cover was broken and everything broke in the shower!! Nightmare! Complain to the front desk and they offered me a nine dollar credit so ridiculous
