Departamento de tres ambientes (dos dormitorios), para 5/7 personas y cochera cubierta en el edificio. Ubicado en el centro de la ciudad de Bariloche, a una cuadra de la calle Mitre, y a pocas cuadras del Centro Cívico.

Living completo con todas las comodidades, mesa, sillas y sillones, un escritorio con una PC disponible, sanitarios y calefacción por caldera. Una TV de 55¨SMART FULL HD, y otra igual de 50¨en el dormitorio, con servicio gratuito de TV por cable, NETFLIX y YOU TUBE, con internet libre y wifi en todos los ambientes, cocina completa con vajilla para 8 pax y todos los servicios y electrodomésticos necesarios. Dormitorios con colchones c/sommier KING. Baño c/bañera, y ropa blanca para cada pasajero.

El cargo de limpieza es por estadía, y se paga una sola vez, Independientemente de la cantidad de días alquilados, e incluye la provisión de ropa blanca de cama y baño para cada pasajero, con un recambio completo cada 4 (cuatro) días, por todos los días que dure el alquiler, además de equipamiento de cocina completo.

El servicio de limpieza diario es opcional. El pago es por hora, y se abona por la cantidad horas de servicio solicitadas.

Our contact host Angela was helpful and attentive but she could not make up the shortfalls of this apartment. A washer was on the listing but was inoperable. Frustrating. The apartment floors were not very clean. I personally cleaned bath surfaces for our use. The location was good and there was a dedicated parking space.
