The property is designed for backpackers and well serves its purpose. The central heating was poorly tuned up: when the outside temperature dropped it was ok, when it went up the system was still heating over. Kitchen is huge and well equipped. We got private bathroom included, even though it was not in the description. Daily, cleanup! Overall, very good value for the money.

Good location but very noisy even after midnight

On the plus side, the hotel is close to the town center; the front desk is helpful (although many of them do not speak English), and the hotel has a large kitchen with cooking equipment. On the minus side, our hotel room is very small, the wifi is very slow, and the room has no A/C. The worst part is that the hotel is on a busy street which is so noisy with traffic that it is hard for me to fall sleep. The noisy level won't go down even as late as 3am. As we have to stay multiple nights at Bariloche, I wish I had booked a different hotel.

En un 80 %, bien. 2 cosas que nos sucedieron: 1) Cuando llegamos, nos quisieron cobrar otro monto que NO coincidía con lo publicado, es decir, un monto mayor. 2) En una de las habitaciones, había olor a húmedo.

pontos negativos: o espaço para ducha era pequeno, ficava entre uma coluna na parede e um plastico. o café da manha limitado, deveria ter mais opções de salgado. só tinha uma opção (acho que se chamava Brioche nenhum funcionário fala português, mas entendiam meu portunhol,rs. *(são solicitos e atenciosos. Por motivos de saúde não pude ficar todos os dias agendados. Pedi reembolso, e disseram que não. Fiquei bastante descepcionado

Me gustó la atención en geneal del persona, las instalaciones y el servicio. No me gustó la falta de atención de la encargada que después de 3 días sin calefacción ni agua caliente en las duchas, dijo que vendría a dar explicaciones, la esperamos 1,5 hs. y nunca vino.

otimo custo x beneficio

O Hostel correspondeu a espectativa tendo em conta oalor da diaria. Unico ponto que apresentou problemas, foi o wi-fi, cujo programa de autenticacao de acesso de regra nao funcionava, gerando necessidade idas a recepçao para gerar nova senha. um detalhe importante, o hostel esta localizando no topo de uma colina, em consequencia, o acesso pela rua lateral para o centro, cuja rua principal esta a 3 quadras, 2 destas quadras vao ser uma subida bastante ingrime, algo que pode ser problema para pessoas com alguma restricao de mobilidade ou que nao estejam fisicamente bem condicionadas. Minha experiencia foi em um quarto com banheiro privativo, que contava com uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro, o que parece ser o padrao dos quartos. Comporta bem 2 pessoas, sendo que a ocupaçao por 3 pessoas implicara em nao ter nenhum lugar para largar nada, salvo o armario embutido que e adequado para 2 pessoas.

Nossa estada no hostel foi perfeita! Ótima localização, próximo a tudo na região central. Quarto muito bom, limpo, com calefação na medida, cama confortável e espaço suficiente. O banheiro privado de bom tamanho e ducha com bastante água quente, porém, precisam melhorar um pouco as instalações, uma vez que a ducha fica na mesma área que o vaso, então, após o banho, o chão fica encharcado, só podendo ser utilizado após a limpeza do quarto. Mas isso não foi um problema, diante do resto, conseguimos nos organizar quanto a isso. O café da manhã tem as opções necessárias para uma refeição suficiente: chá, café, leite, iogurte, refresco, pães, manteiga, geleia, doce de leite e cereais. Além de tudo, ficamos muito felizes e satisfeitos com a simpatia e atenção dos funcionários: a Paola, os rapazes da noite e as meninas da limpeza. Sempre muito agradáveis e prestativos. Experiência muito boa! Recomendamos!

Calificacion del Hotel Tierra Gaucha

La ubicacion del hostel excelente cerca a todo y con facilidad de transporte. Economica. Muy reducido el espacio en acomodacion triple, la calefacion de las habitaciones no esta regulada y torna las habitaciones muy calurosas, modernizar este tipo de calefaccion. Le faltan implementos como por ejemplo un microondas a la cocina . Buena limpieza, facilidad de wifi. La atencion del personal muy buena
