Welcome to your bright, newly-remodeled condo rental featuring lovely peekaboo ocean views. The San Clemente Pedestrian Beach Trail is only one block away, offering easy access to the sand. Avenida del Mar, San Clemente's downtown strip with seaside dining and nightlife, is a quick two-mile rideshare away.

The updated, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Grab a quick bite perched on a modern-style high-top stool at the breakfast bar, or sit down with the whole group at the kitchen table. If you can't get enough of that So Cal sunshine, the furnished deck is perfect for a barbecue with a gas grill and elegant outdoor dining area. After a day of oceanside excitement, you can decompress by watching the sunset from the private hot tub.

Kick back, relax on the living room sofa, and stream your favorite shows using your login credentials on the smart TV anytime. The summer breeze keeps the vacation rental cool in San Clemente's temperate climate. Like many homes in the area, there is no air conditioning.

This is a three-level home with stairs, and there are 75 steps to the beach from this home, so this home may not be appropriate for everyone.
This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please ensure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.
The spa is serviced every Friday between 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. The technician will be accessing the front deck.
This condo is managed by Vacasa Seasonals Inc. and may require a Security Deposit. DRE: 02160171.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Ants! Lipstick on a pig

Location is awesome! House is poorly upkept, some things are new but others are old, dirty and gross. The couch was full of stains!!!!! Worst part is we had ants EVERYWHERE and when I told vacasa they told the property manager and I was told they would come spray, we were there for a week and NO ONE showed up so we lived with ants for a whole week. Linens have stains, dishes in drawers aren’t clean well. When you are paying 600/night you expect better quality and service. Really disappointed! Our TV broke and we did get a new one the next day. No attempt to remedy the situation of dealing with ants for a week is the biggest disappointed, either fix the issue or make up for it! Next time I’d prefer renting from a private person not a company because the people who actually make decisions aren’t anywhere to be found.

The online listing is accurate; however, there are some cleanliness items that we couldn’t overlook. 1) The bathroom sink in the primary bedroom wouldn’t drain. Absolutely disgusting. 2) The dishwasher had a horrendous smell coming from it. We didn’t feel comfortable cleaning any dishes in the dishwasher or even opening the dishwasher because of the smell coming from it. 3) The hand soap bottles were just water - clearly trying to save money by refilling empty containers. These are all simple maintenance items that can be taken care of. Having actual hand soap on is also a basic item you expect in a vacation house. We would not recommend this place.

Stuffy neighborhood

The accommodations were very nice and we did enjoy the stay. However the zero noise policy after 10 made us feel restricted. Neighbor to the right was kinda militant about us just sitting in the Hot tub after 10pm. He obviously does that on a regular basis. My wife spent the entire weekend whispering after that 🙉 Maybe I missed the review about the strict enforcement about the noise but that was kind of a buzz kill. Great place thou, Thank you.

Excellent, but….

We had an great stay. However, the hot tub was unusable and the kids were disappointed. I tried to contact the property numerous times with no response on the issue. It also stated that it slept 6 (we are a family of 6) however, I would say it slept more like 4-5 depending on how close you are with your family. Great views and great neighborhood!
