Walk 2 blocks to the San Clemente pier, beach and Del Mar to enjoy an awesome dinner at one of San Clemente's gourmet restaurants from the beach bungalow. Take a free ride on the Trolley to the San Clemente Outlets, Farmer's Market, and downtown shops in this peaceful and centrally located private unit. Or kick back and enjoy the ocean views from the porch or pool side.

This quaint, quiet condo is located in the San Clemente Pier Bowl area. It doesn't get much better than that! 5 minute walk down to the pier or a short walk to downtown area with wonderful shops, restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Park your car and take the trolley around town! The bungalow is a very efficient space with everything you need for a beach vacation! The place is maximized with a custom cabinets, queen size murphy bed, gourmet kitchen, and stylish bathroom with heated floors.

Relax in your own space, the whole place is yours... Views all the way to Catalina and San Clemente Islands on a clear day. Clear view of the pier too. Take a 5 minute walk to the pier or beach, or you can take a 5 minute walk to Del Mar to enjoy an awesome dinner at one of San Clemente's gourmet restaurants.

Inside, you will find all premium amenities. The spacious living room features a 55” flat screen tv and a custom pull out couch double sleeper.

The gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops and custom cabinetry with upgraded stainless appliances.

Outside, you will enjoy the bistro set with your favorite bottle of wine. Use the provided binoculars to spot the spray from the whales or to get a closer look at a sailboat. The San Clemente sunsets from this location are like nothing else you’ve seen!

Enjoy the large grassy area directly in front of the unit or take 10 steps down to the pool to enjoy a dip. You have a dedicated PRIVATE parking space within the gate of the complex. And a convenient on-site community laundry room.

Summer hide out

I stayed here for 43 days over summer. It’s a great location. Short walk to Del Mar street, with all the restaurants, and pier. Nice well kept building, clean pool, and PARKING SPACE. Very quite. Everything I needed was in the condo. Pictures represent it well. I was not disappointed. I would stay here again.
