Private two car garage equipped for normal cars and free street parking for overflow or the family buss. Walking distance to many breweries, cafes, dog parks and restaurants.

    15 min from seaworld, the beach and downtown depending on traffic. There is 2 grills one is hooked up to natural gas and the other is an old school Kingsford, if dad is joining you. Enjoy a margarita on the porch or grill a New York steak.

    The cool and tremendous atmosphere of this enchanting property is perfect for a family getaway or just relaxing in the private fenced in backyard patio garden. Experience what San Diego has to offer with a stay at our house.

    Stayed with family for two nights beds were comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay hear again. Nice to have bathrooms on all floors so we all had our own space to get ready.

    This space was ok for what we needed. Basically a place to stay for 12 hours. The stairs were duct taped. The garage door opener had no power to it, so we had to manually pull it open and closed - not a problem in itself - the real problem was that the garage door could not lock with no power. We played with the breaker board to no avail. The door leading into the house from the garage has no lock on it. So we, 4 women, had to sleep in an unlocked house. We moved a small shelving unit in front of the door in case someone tried to break in. After we checked out, I messaged the owner to let him know his house is sitting unlocked - got no response. That's a bummer because he was very communicative before. The price is so good and I wouldn't have paid more for this space.

    The Host is not the women in the photo. He doesnt even live out here. Hes in another country. Doesn't reply back. I asked to check in early and paid the extra fee. He never gave me access to check in. Ended up checking in at 5pm when i asked for and paid for a 1pm check in. He never refunded me my money back. Horrible host.

    I’ve never experienced a rental like this in my life. A piece of the stairs literally broke off as my friend was walking up. The garage door wasn’t functioning properly, with multiple error codes. When I communicated this to the host, they ignored the part about my friend injuring herself on broken step and just acknowledged the garage. The pictures posted of the home fail to show severe wear-and-tear of furniture (stains on couches, chunks of the “marble” dining room table missing, etc.). There was also an off-putting smell throughout the 2nd and 3rd floors. Even if the last person who stayed here had totally trashed it all on their own (which I HIGHLY doubt) and the Host truly had no knowledge of it, their lack of response to three separate messages of mine about safety issues is telling enough for me.
    Wobbly step that collapsed under my friend (who probably weighs all of 120 pounds).
    Peeling furniture throughout property.
    Broken transition strip separating the kitchen and dining room.

    The ac would not work WiFi as well the stove was broken .. all my kids got sick due to the ac was no all day and will not turn off cuz had a code worst experience
