Accosted by a drunk in the parking lot my first night. The neighborhood is unsafe at night. Apartment is on an alley where daily 7 am trash pick up will wake you up. Garish florescent lights give the place a cheap feel. My family and I couldn’t be more disappointed. Vastly overpriced.

Beach stay

Besides parking being a little tight our stay was great. Beds and pillows very comfortable. The apartment was very clean. Had everything we needed. It was smaller than we expected, but worked for the 4 of us. The area was amazing. Restaurants, beach, shopping all within walking distance. Great location. Overall our stay was awesome!

It's near to beach but the place is small for a family.. looks like it's a California thing .. has only one bathroom.. bedrooms are small and doesn't have ac but only fans... Only living room has ac and also very tight in space... It's near to the beach so for a family it's going to be too tight

Super Clean, Great Location

IMHO a clean property is my number one criteria and the place was immaculate! Everything was fresh, even down to a brand new sponge in the sink. You’re a short walk from the beach, plenty of restaurants and shops up and down Garnet Ave. Great access to San Diego, there’s even a gated parking spot for your car. Fantastic hosts, no problems with communication, checking in/out. Would definitely stay again.

PERFECT LOCATION

This was hands down the perfect location for my group of 5 girls! We were so close to the beach, bars, and restaurants! Never had to worry about an Uber! We felt so safe! The whole location was gated in and locked including parking which was one of our biggest concerns! It was super clean and they had extra mirrors so we could all get ready at once plus the neighbor has the CUTEST dog :-) We loved it here and will definitely be back!
