Rooms were clean! Issues with our TV and they fixed right away. However, breakfast was limited starts from 7a-10a we came down 8:30 and had no muffins or pancakes. Eggs were not tasty. Need to better stock on breakfast

The hotel is in the process of updates which need done. The breakfast was great and the staff there were wonderful. The front end ladies were wonderful to deal with both Jessica and Ashley. The cleaning staff need a little more trainer as things were not the greatest. We were out of shampoo and cream rinse when we checked in. I also was upset when our beds were not made properly

Not listed but $26 a day for parking and parking slots are tiny. The breakfast is ok- we’ve had better ones at other best westerns. The waffles are eggs type and not make your own. Husband didn’t like them. Said the make your own is better. The people running the breakfast are amazing. Super clean and they are so friendly. Check in was ok. Loved the hot tub and pool. Convenient location. Had them clean room but they never gave us more shampoo or body wash so had to ask. They weee friendly about it tho. Rooms are decent size. Microwave in lobby.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We did not stay here more than 5 minutes and they refused any kind of refund on our 3 night stay. We still left!!! We experienced what appeared as people living out of the other rooms, my husband put his hand on an old eye contact on the counter. I accidently touched some kind of slime left on the nightstand. My son kicked an old sock and stepped in maybe some orange playdoh that was left in the room. The whole hotel was falling apart. They wanted $26 for parking/night with no gates or security. There were broken down cars from people living there. The supervisor was suppose to call us at 11pm and 5 days later we still have heard nothing. We ended up going down the road to a different Best Western which was the best decision ever. They advised us to call corporate because this hotel was known for being EXTREMELY SKETCHY and gives Best Western a bad name. There was not one other guest parked there other than the ones living out of it. DO NOT bring your family here!!

Our initial room was clean, but the hallway had a strong, unpleasant smell. Fortunately, the general manager was incredibly kind and quickly moved us to a recently renovated room in another hallway, which made a big difference. Breakfast was good, with just enough options to satisfy both adults and kids. The location is very convenient—close to downtown, the San Diego Zoo, and SeaWorld. There’s plenty of parking available, but keep in mind that it comes with an additional fee.

1. The front desk ladies were all friendly and helpful. 2. Room amenities were short: first night we were short of the conditioner; second night we ran out of the tissue paper. Frustrating. 3. The room facing the highway was noisy at night. 4. Breakfast was supposed to open till 10am on weekends. But they ran out of most items around 9am. And the staff pretty much closed the cafe around 930am, only serving toast and coffee/cereal. Sad...

Our stay was great at Best Western while visiting San Diego! It was so close to all of the tourist attractions! The staff was friendly! Breakfast was yummy! The pool could have been warmer, but other than that we had a wonderful experience!

Our room was right across the freeway so all night we're could hear cars just passing by. Was not great! Breakfast was okay ( eggs weren't fresh cracked)). Staff was friendly even though there was some misunderstanding in my booking. Will go back if I know my room will not be across the freeway! Parking is $26. There is free street parking hopefully you'll find a space.
