We arrived to the hotel around 3:30 pm to see if it was possible to check in, we were told that no we couldn’t get an early check in with the original room we requested and reserved there were only double queens available. We opted to wait until our 4 pm check in. We were then told that our room that we already booked weeks in advance and paid for would not be ready at 4pm and that we would need to wait until 5pm. The front desk employee then said that this is standard and that there is no guarantee that the room we booked/ paid for in advance would be available upon check in. On top of this the staff was not friendly or welcoming like I remember in the past. Sadly I don’t think we’ll be returning. Please do better.

It was such a disappointment. Your pictures displaying what the rooms looked like were a lie, AI generated and/or edited! It was direct floors, terrible beds, dirty bathrooms, ice machines didn’t even work. It was a sad experience and I will be filing a claim to get full refund.

HORRIBLEEE-worst experience in a hotel that I have everrrr had! My stay in a motel 6 was better than my stay here. The staff was atrocious. I had problems with my first room. And was moved to a second room. Ended up having problems with that room as well. I had asked for maid service and never received it. I called for towels and took over an HOUR for towels to be brought to my room. I will NEVER book with double tree. And my compensation? 5000 points really? I have yet to receive my refund for parking. This was the most unrelaxing weekend ever.

It took forever to check in, then my key didn’t work. No water bottles available in the room and no smart tv. The food quality/flavor at the restaurant didn’t seem to match the price point. I would say the stay was fine but wouldn’t go back
