I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this DoubleTree location. From the moment we entered the room, we noticed flies both in the bedroom area and the restroom. It was unsanitary and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this brand. When we reported the issue to the front desk, they offered no help whatsoever—no room change, no apology, and no attempt at a solution. We were essentially left to deal with the situation on our own. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, and I will not be returning. I expected much better from DoubleTree.

The hotel is okay. The cleanliness of the room is average. The bathtub had some stains, shower head couldn’t be moved (like tilted down/up etc) because it looked like it was about to fall off, couch looked old and stained, and some of the furniture had scuffs. The parking also is average the garage has very tight corners and turns. Overall, it’s okay. Does the job for a place to sleep but I think I’d rather pay a little more for a nicer place next time.
