The staff (Juan, Aida(hostess in food area) Charity, Miranda (we think),the omelette makers and the young man who served bacon and potatoes in omelette area, all so professional and kind. Juan helped us in so many ways. Excellence in service. Great visit and experience while there for this past week (1/7/26-1/15/26) Hotel was clean. Food service good.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel’s location was convent to all of our interests. The staff was superb: helpful, courteous, and attentive. Breakfast was delicious. The nightlight above the in-room sink interfered with sleep. It could be unplugged.

Nice room with amazing view of San Diego Bay. Breakfast area was very poorly designed crowded. Why have custom prepared eggs when they can be in a chafing dish for quicker service and more variety? Coffee was terrible. No boiled eggs available. No waffles. Only rubber pancakes and bacon and iced cold cheap breakfast pastries

When you go to travel , you actually miss your home . The moment I met Madison in front desk whose smile and greeting with such a warm heartedly made me feel I am home . Not only that , her concern of me be there with my teenager daughter alone and giving me all the additional information for my safety and everything else I need is just made me feel like I will have my best time . And later on , she didn’t forget to check on me if everything is going well and if there anything she can do make my vacation comfortable.. In one word “Outstanding!!” . Service like this you never forget and become loyal customer forever !!!
