The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Dogs can not be on the lawn. Pet relief is strictly forbidden on balcony. Dogs must always be on leash when walking in the community.
Grill or barbecue is not allowed on balcony.
Trash access door is adjacent to unit access door through the parking garage. Covered parking is only on spot #27. Guests can not park overnight in the uncovered parking area outside the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Only 1 covered Parking assigned to the renter. Guest parking can't be used for renter's additional car. Additional cars must park outside the gate.
Renter's guests parking is allowed 15 nights. Make, model, color, license plate must be provided to the host to register the car to avoid fines.
Balconies can not be used for pet relief under any circumstances. Grill/barbecue is not permitted on balconies or there will be a fine.
