We had a great stay! The hotel is in a wonderful location. Rooms are spacious and clean. Just a tad bit dated. The hotel staff were kind and helpful. The only thing that was frustrating, was parking. We used the self pay lot, and the key card never worked to let us in/out, which meant we had to call the attendant every time, which most time meant we sat for a while waiting to enter and exit. For the value, the hotel is great.

Dusty musty room

Not so good. Room smelled musty and old. The room phone super dusty. I was asked by Hilton app to check in and pick a room. Which I did but when I got to hotel they said the room I picked was already taken so I don’t understand why it’s an option to pick a room if you don’t actually get that room. Wasted my time. So front desk asked me if I actually wanted 2 beds which I booked for I said yes she then says I have to ask my manager to unlock a 2 bed room. The room they gave me must have not been occupied for few weeks because it smelled old and musty plus the in room phone was super dusty. I probably won’t stay there again. They do have lots of amenities if you’re willing to pay the 100 dollar fees for it. Self parking $45 super steep for the subpar room we got. I would pick a days inn over this hotel anytime. Too busy and impersonal for me.
