Prior to your arrival, you’ll receive unique access codes for a seamless and secure self-check-in experience. There are a total of four apartments, two on each level. The units on each floor are separated by adjoining doors that you can unlock to connect both spaces. Each unit has its own patio (ground units) or balcony (upper units). Each apartment is also allocated a private 1-car carport for a total of 4 parking spots. Upper units have access to the entire roof deck.

This home is located in the prime, high-density neighborhood of Central Mission Beach. This seaside town boasts 5 miles of waterfront boardwalk, lined with trendy shops and restaurants. Take one step out the door, and you will be immersed in the vibrant boardwalk atmosphere, with just a few more steps before you feel the sand beneath your feet.



Getting Around:

San Diego's public transportation system, featuring buses and trolleys, makes it easy to navigate the city's neighborhoods and attractions. For those who prefer exploring at their own pace, driving offers a great way to see the area. San Diego promotes a healthy, active lifestyle with its pedestrian-friendly zones, where biking, roller skating, and walking are popular activities.
