Great property with tons of space. The self parking was harrowing to say the least lol, but it’s a great location in downtown, loved the Jr Suite and full kitchen amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location with relatively close access to freeways and downtown area. Layout of the hotel is a bit unique (lobby is located on floor 12!) but the rooms are pretty decent. During our stay we had two inconveniences that could be just a blip during that weekend but are worth noting: the hotel has issues with the hot water in the facility so one morning we had to take tepid to cold showers. The other issue was the wifi stopped working for about half a day but it resumed in the afternoon. The wifi service was also very "hit or miss" when it did work. Overall it's a good value for what you get and i hope they improve their hot water and wifi issues.

I’d consider other options.

Hotel was nice - but I felt like as soon as I arrived everything was extra fees. $42 for parking a night, got charged $55 dollars to use the EV charging space. Snacks at the front desk were ridiculously priced. Felt like a giant money grab from them and the hotel itself had no hot water, not easily accessible, and the parking area was extremely small and scary to drive through due to the space of the building.

Great location. Easy to walk to other areas downtown. I didn’t like the parking lot, getting to the top was scary. We had a great time there and the food was good.

The parking structure definitely needs more warning. That initial 8 floor spiral climb was rough, and I have no problem driving. People in our group said they would've switched hotels to not have to deal with that parking situation again. The gentleman at the front desk did my "pre check in" then 5 min later I repeated it all again to someone who said that "his info must not have saved because it's not in the system"

Amazing stay!!! We booked 3 rooms all Ladies and a couple. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The facility was very clean beds were comfortable. And they kept all three rooms right next to each other. Valet always had our vehicle pulled around in a jiffy.

It is a beautiful hotel with so much comfort and ease of stay. Sometimes you have to work really hard to stay in places but the amenities are so easy and functional.

Fantastic stay. The view of San Diego was beautiful. The rooms were quite large and having a mini kitchen what great fit bringing leftovers and foods nearby back home to finish. SD food portions are massive 😂
