The house was in a fantastic location and when we arrived, everything was setup in such a welcoming way. Great layout to enjoy tv on the coach with family, quaint little enclosed yard with fire pit and truly only steps to the beach! Parking was very tight and only fit one car, but hard to beat a location that close that includes a parking spot. Would definitely rent here again!

What a wonderful sea side getaway! This sweet home was sparkling clean with a stocked kitchen ( pots, pans, etc). We enjoyed the grill and the deck. I counted 75 steps to the sand:). Such a fantastic weekend. We will return to the blue house by the sea. The host was attentive and friendly. The entry/exit seamless.

This was a great location. Property was clean and nice. Kitchen was very well stocked. Patio was very large with great seating and the gas fire pit was super nice to have at night and was user friendly. Host responded right away with a minor issue with a dead battery in one of the ceiling fans. A new battery was brought right away. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Great location

We love the house and will be back soon. The location was fabulous. The house was beautiful, clean sparkling love the deck spent a lot of time out there and it was only a half a block from the beach. The owner had everything here for us, beach towels, chairs, beach toys, shampoo Soap.

Location is amazing

We were so happy with our stay here. The location is perfect for mission beach. We had three adults and an infant. It was lovely to just be able to walk around. There were some issues with the wifi(host was very prompt) and same with the hose. Not a big deal at all. The tandem parking is a bit small to be honest. Barely fit our medium and small car so just make note of that. The supplies were perfect. Absolutely would book again.

Fantastic property great location

Property was stocked with everything you could possibly need from linens, towels, and a kitchen with all necessities needed for a problem free trip. Washer and dryer, and dish washer. The property management group was so friendly to deal with as well. I would recommend this property to any small family visiting the mission beach area.

A hidden gem! The home was very comfortable, good amenities, fantastic location - walking distance to the beach/boardwalk and to cute places to eat. BBQ and fire table on the patio were great hang out areas. Living room was very spacious. We would absolutely stay there again.

Everything I wanted for my family's vacation

This rental checked all the boxes for what I wanted for my family's vacation. It was a VERY short walk to the beach, it's clean and well kept, and we always felt safe there. But it even had things I didn't know I needed like beautiful windows with Roman shades we had open as often as possible, a designated parking spot, and a washer & dryer. I loved the look of the house too, inside and out. To some that may not matter much but I loved that it added to the beach vacation vibe I wanted. We saved a ton of money making most of our meals there in the rental. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and we used the grill outside daily too. There's a great grocery store up the street called Ralph's. Our family of 6 had plenty of space, towels, and beach supplies. We really loved it and we'd love to come stay again!

Wonderful property

Great location and very clean and modern property! Beach location was between two lifeguard stands, code on door was helpful for everyone coming and going separately. Plenty of linens and kitchen supplies and the toiletries and paper good provided we much appreciated. We would love to stay here again!

Property is clean. The kitchen is well stocked. Unfortunately we were frequently awakened through the night by the loud clomping/ walking by the family on the 2nd floor above us.

Super condo, great location!

The property was clean and comfortable with the exception of the broken blinds and the filthy living room curtains that were too long and pinned up with safety pins. The kitchen was awesome with upgraded appliances and new dishes and silverware. Overall, it was a very nice experience!

The house was great, the neighbors were very kind and we had all that we needed. The parking is a little tight but manageable, especially for San Diego. The patio is very nice we were there when the weather was colder than usual and not much sun on the patio, but that was our only negative. It was perfect for two couples with two bedrooms and two bathrooms . We would definitely rent it again.

Cute Beach Cottage

The inside of the cottage is beautiful! It is a lovely place to stay. The inside has been newly remodeled. New floors, kitchen, and bathrooms. We really enjoyed the comfort of the home. It is just steps from the ocean beach/board walk and a block from the bayside beach/boardwalk. A block to the north you will find a couple of restaurants and a bread shop. Yummy! I highly recommend this property for a family.
