The Space:

Inside, you'll find a comfy queen bed, a flatscreen TV for entertainment, and a versatile dining and/or desk space, making it ideal for meals or catching up on work. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster for convenience, plus there is air conditioning, washer/dryer (shared), and WiFi so that your stay will be both comfortable and connected. The bathroom is clean and quaint, featuring a refreshing shower.

Please note this is one of 4 units onsite. The laundry is shared between all units.

• 3 night minimum stay.

• Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.

• Pets allowed with a pet fee of $150 per pet.

• Parking: Free parking onsite for one vehicle. Street parking also available. No garage access.

• Smoking and events/parties are not permitted.

• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax

• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.

• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
