▪️ Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed.
▪️ Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge.
▪️ NO unplugging/tampering/covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc (fees will apply).
▪️ NO unlawful use of our home (illegal activities or substances, etc.)
▪️ USE trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces.
▪️ Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up.
▪️ PET POLICY: We love welcoming well-behaved pets, and there’s a $100 fee per pet per stay for your furry friends. Please keep pets off the bed to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees. We’ve provided a vacuum, broom, and dustpan for any fur or spills—just be sure to unclog the vacuum if needed. If you bathe your pet in the shower, please collect and dispose of any hair so it doesn’t clog the drain. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet.
▪️ For Monthly Guests, we have a Utility Cap of $200; guests will be responsible for any overages.
*** Please note, we are near the airport, and planes stop flying at 11:30pm, but light sleepers may want to bring ear plugs, just in case. :)
