Disappointing Stay

recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room had throw-up stains on the walls, which was incredibly off-putting. The bathroom did not match the pictures online and felt like a downgrade. The entire hotel was under construction, which we understood could cause some inconveniences, but the overall condition was poor. The front desk was rarely available, and the bell cart had a flat tire, making it difficult to transport our luggage. We requested housekeeping twice, but they never showed up. We also had no toilet paper when we arrived, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, it was a nightmare stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they make some serious improvements

Good stay close to CBX Border Crossing.

Easy and quick check in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and very quiet. Not a high occupancy for a Tuesday night. Close to the CBX (5) minutes. The area is an industrial zone, so not much to do.

Beds were comfortable and so was the goose down blanket I slept so good room furniture is outdated but for price it was ok I wish they would have had the fridge on when I arrived but I had to turn it on. Also front desk was always missing they need to have someone there always
