Bedroom 1 offers a king bed, dedicated workspace and a flat-screen TV, while bedroom 2 includes a queen bed, desk and chair, Flat screen Smart Tv, ensuring comfort and productivity for all guests. A bonus queen pull-out couch in the living room accommodates two additional sleepers. One bathroom features a convenient combo shower/tub and the other has a sleek shower. Additional perks include mini split systems for heat, A/C, and dehumidifier in the living room and all bedrooms, quiet high-speed internet, in-unit laundry, and a designated carport parking spot. Surrounded by serene greenery, koi ponds, and sparkling lakes, the community offers an array of amenities, including a tennis court, pool, spa, BBQ area, and clubhouse. - Parking: 1 carport space available for guests in front of the condo. Plenty of additional guest parking outside unit.

- Please note: EV charging stations are located on-site, but tenant is fully responsible for any electric vehicle bills.

- Pets ok with prior approval and fee of $150 per pet.

- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax.

- Baby bathtub, kids toys, and pool/beach towels available for guests.

- Smoking and events/parties are prohibited.

- Quiet hours are from 9:00pm - 9:00am. No excessive noise.

- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
