This spacious 650 sq. ft. studio is part of a larger home but feels incredibly private, secluded, and peaceful. Nestled in the highly desirable Bay Park neighborhood, the studio offers a quiet retreat while still being centrally located to everything San Diego has to offer.



Inside, the studio features a comfortable king bed, Smart TV, cozy sofa sleeper, and a large walk-in closet with plenty of storage space for longer stays. A dedicated desk creates the perfect setup for remote work, while the kitchenette includes the essentials needed for preparing simple meals and snacks during your stay.



One of the highlights of the property is the beautifully maintained outdoor space filled with mature trees, flowers, and lush landscaping. Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor cabana and lounge seating area — a peaceful spot to relax, read, or enjoy San Diego’s beautiful weather. While this outdoor area is shared, the elderly couple living in the downstairs home rarely uses the space, allowing for a very quiet and tranquil atmosphere.



Bay Park is loved for its calm residential feel while being just minutes from Mission Bay, beaches, downtown San Diego, restaurants, grocery stores, and major freeway access, making it an ideal home base for exploring the city.

When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy.
