Relax and sleep to the sound of the ocean waves as this property is just three buildings from the beach and just south of Mission Beach Park and Belmont Park. Property boasts an exclusive deck with private patio for the use by our guests as well as an additional even larger shared deck. You will enjoy the proximity to the Boardwalk and beach – less than 100 steps. The unit comes with a one car garage for parking and can be a tight fit. The approximate size of the garage is 17’ Long x 7.5’ Wide. Additional parking can be found on the street. Master bedroom is upstairs, and the other bedroom and bathroom are downstairs. Unit is light, bright and airy.
The bathrooms are completely stocked with separate shampoo, condition and body soap as well as fresh linens. All bedrooms have fresh linens and a washing machine and dryer are available in the unit if you feel up to doing laundry on your vacation.
This home has the benefit of extreme proximity to the beach – but it also is walking distance to the bay, Mission Bay and Belmont Park, as well as numerous restaurants and local shops. Take a walk or ride on the boardwalk right up to Pacific Beach.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start the dishwasher at least 1 hour prior to departure.
Gather used towels and place in the lower bathroom.
Turn off the gas to the grill if used.
Take all the trash in the unit to the black bins in the alley.
Put all used beach gear back in the garage.
Make sure that all doors and windows are locked prior to leaving and that all of the lights are turned off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
