BEDROOM #1: Furnished with (2) two very comfortable full-sized beds. The bedding is cleaned for every guest. The full-sized beds accommodate 2-4 people. In addition, there is a ROKU Smart TV

BATHROOM: Fresh, clean towels are provided. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash are also provided. A hairdryer is also available.

KITCHEN: Guests are welcome to make use of the kitchen to cook and store food in the fridge. Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, pots, pans, and other miscellaneous cooking tools. Coffee machine with complimentary coffee (regular, flavored, decaf) sugar, provided for guests.

LIVING ROOM AREA: Living room has a 3rd ROKU Smart TV with plenty of seating comfy couch and a large chair. A nice Dining Table also doubles as an excellent workstation and has seating for 6 people. In addition, there are (1) sofa bed & (1) futon bed in the living area

Your pet(s) are able to be walked around the block as needed. The fee can be paid upon Check-In. Thank you for your understanding.

Everything was perfect. I appreciate that they had the basic stuff ready for us to make some sort of Thanksgiving dinner! My one suggestion might be to upgrade the couch. It gets a little uncomfortable after a while. :)

Great unit in a perfect location

This condo was perfect for our stay. The location is amazing - right in the heart of the gaslamp district. Parking is ½ a block away and is included in the rental price. The unit itself is clean and spacious (love the kitchen). The host's communication is great and the check-in process was easy. Will definitely stay again the next time we are in San Diego.

Wonderful hideaway

We loved our stay at this property. The apartment has been recently updated and the furnishings, linens, appliances, tv’s all seemed new. We spent 5 nights here while exploring San Diego. The apartment was convenient to many restaurants in the Gas Lamp Quarter and we were surprised that we did not hear much street noise. The building felt very secure, we were provided a key code to enter the front entrance, then a separate code to unlock our unit. The free parking with the unit was a big plus, bc parking in this area can be a challenge. We can not say enough about the hosts! They sent recommendations on places to eat, places to catch the sunset, and responded to text messages quickly.
