This home is perfect for those looking to be close to the heart of San Felipe, but who also want to be tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This home is located in a very peaceful part of the town right next to the sand dunes. This is an excellent option for a small family traveling together, a romantic couples getaway, or even for a solo adventurer.

A front foyer area features large windows, tile flooring, high ceilings, and locally inspired artwork on the walls. This spacious front entrance has two futon couches with bright colored blankets and is a welcoming space to read a good book or have a quiet conversation with friends. These futon sofas can be pulled out into beds to accommodate extra guests comfortably.
 
This home features a full kitchen, equipped with all of the necessities you need to make meals at home. Brew coffee in the coffee maker, or put some of your favorite fruits into a blender and create a delicious morning smoothie. The kitchen features a microwave so you can heat up your leftovers from the restaurants down the street, as well as plenty of storage space and an expansive countertop. Keep all of your groceries cool in the updated refrigerator, and keep your family's favorite snacks in the kitchen pantry. This kitchen has everything you need to make meals just like you do at home. Directly off of the kitchen is a staircase that leads to the second level of the house.  Grocery shopping for preparing meals is a breeze at either Calimax or Bodega Aurrera grocery stores.
 
There is also a spacious living area on the first floor of this home. The focal point of this living room is the gorgeous Mexican inspired fireplace. This white and clay covered piece is a unique part of this home's history and charm. Soft gray-colored sofas are surrounding the fireplace, along with a simple wooden coffee table. In between the living room and the kitchen is a dining room table. This round table has seating for four and is a great place to enjoy breakfast and plan your adventures for the day.
 
Toward the back of the home, there is a bathroom that features a simple vanity area and walk-in shower. A single door leads from the back of the house out to the beautiful private patio. This outdoor entertainment space features stone flooring, two walls of privacy on either side to keep your area separate from the neighbors, and a gated rear wall so that you can enjoy the space in private while also enjoying the view. A beautiful spiral staircase leads from this outdoor entertainment terrace up to the rooftop deck.
 
The interior staircase from the kitchen leads you to the second level of the home. To the left of the stairs on the second floor is a family bathroom, complete with an elegant vanity and walk-in shower. To the right of the staircase is the main bedroom. This bedroom features a classic wooden dresser, plush carpeting, and a Queen-size bed. This loft-style bedroom has a half wall that overlooks the main living area downstairs. Guests can keep all their belongings organized and the spacious closet that is hidden behind sliding mirror doors.
 
The master bedroom is steps away from the back door of the home. This back door leads you out to the middle of the exterior spiral staircase. Head down the stairs to the ground level entertainment terrace, or head up the stairs to the impressive rooftop deck. This is a great place to invite friends over for cocktails under the stars or put together a romantic dinner for your special someone. This incredible rooftop balcony overlooks the sea, the mountains, and the city of San Felipe.
