Schlechter Service

Gruezi - wir haben sehr schlechte Erfahrungen grmacht. Wegen Unwetter ist der Strom ausgefallfn: Folge: kein Licht, kein warmes Wasser. Die Leitung hielt es nicht für nötig die Gäste zu informieren. Es standen in den Zimmern auch keine Kerzen zur Verfügung. Der Gast wurde allein gelassen. Auch hatten die Tücher in den Nasszonen Löcher. Für ein Hotel in dieser Klasse ein No go. Das Personal war sichtlich von dieser Situation überfordert. Die Leitung wollte uns nach unserer Reklamation den Aufenthalt schenken - das ging aber nicht, weil die Zahlung bereits erfolgt war. Wir sollten uns an ebookers wenden. Sobald ich in der Schweiz zurück bin, werde ich das machen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Beat Gruber
