The airport shuttle was a really great and helpful service. You get out of the airport and there is a bus station for hotel busses, where they pick you up. Furthermore, the room was very modern, clean and equipped with a coffee machine, big glass window and a good hairdryer. And if you still have energy in the evening, you can visit the shopping mall, which is beside the hotel.

We booked queen bed room for two nights paid full price in Sept. the reception offered us a room with a full bed way smaller than queen tried changing the room but I guess they only have full bed or king. They never made any effort to get us a better room. Being seniors had a tough time sleeping in a small bed, why queen bed was so small? Wanted to speak to the manager but he made no effort to call us back or help us. We were offered free breakfast but we hardly eat so that was not helpful. It’s very disappointing that Hilton has to manipulate customers who pay so much for the service. This is totally unacceptable. I wanted 20% discount but that fell on deft ears too,

The room was not spotless, and the bathroom had clearly not been deep cleaned. There were many hairs from whoever was in there previously. The sink and counter was also not ideal. The hairs all over the floor, especially under the sink and in the corners of the room were really off putting. The bed was also not fully properly made but everything seemed clean. The coffee bar was messy and the towels were not stacked neatly, leaving a feeling as though the room wasn’t properly prepared. Aside from that, everything was good and the check in and shuttle were convenient. My shuttle driver to and from was amazing, so friendly and kind.
