Great location. Shuttle to and from airport. Staff was wonderful. The city mall is attached to the hotel.Walmart across the street for supplies. Pool area was nice with a bar. Would totally recommend for anyone:)

This was our first stay at HGI San Jose Airport and we would do so again. It is very close to the airport and has a shuttle bus to get you to and from. The rooms were large, clean and quiet, always a plus. The food offerings at the restaurant were varied and what we tried was delicious. The fourth floor bar at the pool was a very nice touch and we enjoyed relaxing there. All of the employees were kind, helpful, friendly and professional. A all the way !

Nice new hotel. Comfortable and clean. We were not happy with the arrangement for pick-up at the airport. No listing for HGI although other hotels were named on signage; we had multiple people trying to hustle us to take rides with them. Thankfully HGI shuttle driver eventually showed up and explained to us that he'd be back soon to pick us up (the hustlers kept saying (lying) that it would take 45 mins for him to return). HGI should have very clear signage at the airport and they should proactively communicate with arriving guests to make sure to only take a ride with the HGI shuttle
