Stayed one night ( Friday night ). Visited as business trip. Saturday morning around 5am, fire alarm activated and last about 40 mins continuously without stop. Walked down to lobby as room speaker instructed me. Front desk staff explained someone smoked in the room as if that is the reason of fire alarm. And soon after, it turned out his explanation was lie, it is false alarm, their system has problem. Real problem is that nobody knows how to stop alarm or reset their system. They must radio with someone and all guests must endure stressful big noise for 40 mins. I don't recommend this hotel. Front desk staff has no manual to refer, when he needs help or idea how to control system or equipment in the building. This kind of accident is common and nothing wrong with its happening since building is relatively new. However, employee doesn't know how to stop and/or reset system is big issue. That is real no no to me and I don't want to recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst case, you never know if this is real or false alarm when things are get serious. And few other family who were at the lobby with us, they told me that this hotel has same issue two weeks ago when they were in this hotel. So, obviously they didn't fix it and they still didn't know how to control system. Sorry for the hotel but they need big training for all employees in the organization. This is lack of training and not a Hilton like situation and stressful situation. Very very uncomfortable.

I arrived after an 8 hour flight and they wouldn’t let me check in early. I even offered to pay extra but I was big no. Fire alarm went off at 5;00 AM and it was a false alarm. Staff was just laughing saying the same thing happened last week.

2nd stay at the hotel and highly recommend. Really close to airport and shuttle is perfect. Only complaint is the 4th floor pool bar is a total scam. The price they show is NOT what you are charged. Had a tonic 6oz. Bottle and was charged $12.00 to add to my drink! Avoid at all costs.

Where do I start. I couldn't believe this was a Hilton Garden Inn. This property looks and represents a high end boutique hotel. The room we had was tastefully decorated and massive in size. The restaurant, again it was like dinner in a high calibre restaurant. The interaction with the staff was friendly, warm and kind from check in to check out. Definitely will stay again

Absolutely perfer for efficient airport transition. We had a 6am flight and needed to overnight and have the assurance of safe commute to the airport. We were also able to experience Costa Rica shopping scene which added the final touches to our trip. Lovely hotel and warm service.

The breakfast buffet was unreasonably priced. $22? I mean, really, I can spend $22 on a restaurant. I looked and there was nothing special about it so I said no. Most hotels include the breakfast, not this one. If they had charged $15 I might have considered it.
