Everything was just perfect. The staff the food room except the TV came on automatically at 1:30 AM and then again at 4:30AM and woke up the whole family - ruined our whole stay.

Hotel was great, a bit busy because Valentine’s Day. Room service has an hour delayed. Parking was terrible, they parked Us in a different building and the next day we have a hard time getting there for the car because all accesses were closed.

No heat. Had to use two blankets at night. Front entrance had no signs telling you where the lobby was or where to go next. Climbed two flights of stairs to find another empty lobby area With no directions, And then found the front desk through the next set of doors. Other then that the staff was friendly and helpful. Walmart was just across the highway, about 150 yards away which made it easy to pick up things you forgot or needed. Thanks

The facility is next to a small mall and across from Walmart so it is really easy for family to get a bite or just coffee (Starbucks is 5-7 min walk). The nearby traffic is busy so you will experience wait for able to merge tot he circle. The facility is good and clean. In room Wifi (to our room number) didn't work but the lobby WiFi works everywhere. The connection is not friendly to VPN as it slows down a lot. I thought the hotel is only 25KM (or 16 Mi) away from airport with HWY so should be 20-25 min but it took 1 hour to get there (traffic jam is crazy with people walking on the side). So plan your time accordingly. It's a good hotel for business or family and I would recommend or come back again.
