Absolutely wonderful stay. The room was very clean and I just love that it had a kitchenette. Although I did not use it because we only stayed for one night. I can’t say enough about this hotel. We will definitely go back.

It was easy check in and the man at the reception was friendly and was very prompt and helpful when we wanted to watch baseball in the lobby and at the lounge . The lounge on the 8th floor was very nice as they have big flat screen tv . It was perfect as we watched baseball game. The room was spacious even after laying out the sofa bed. This is a very new property as they only opened mid this year . They need to improve on the cleanliness because we found a yogurt cup as we opened The couch to turn it into a bed . I always carry with me Lysol spray and true enough I needed it after I inspected the toilet seat . I also found eyelashes on the counter sink . Hope they improve the cleanliness. However over all , we like the facilities , the room and the guy at the reception and the guy who helped set up the tv .

Nice hotel

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean and a decent size for a studio. It was a very peaceful and quiet hotel. The only problem for me was the feather pillows, as I am highly allergic.The pull out couch bed was a little hard for my daughter, but she slept ok and it was better than a bar in her back from a pull-out couch. It had a full size refrigerator, microwave and small stove with sink. That was very nice. I was very sad that breakfast ended so early during the weekdays. We stayed there for a SAP center concert, and the walk to the arena was short and sweet.. about 15-20 mins and about 1 mile away. I would only walk in daylight though.. we uber'd back at night.

The check-in process was easy and the staff were welcoming. The layout of the room was exceptional. We had the room with a single King bed. With the bathroom door around the corner from how the bed was facing, the light from the bathroom did not disturb anyone trying to sleep. Although the hotel was at capacity, it was very quiet! The morning breakfast area did have a rush of people, but everyone was courteous of others. I don’t believe there was much by way of walkability, but we were driving to our destination, so that didn’t affect us. If I stay in San Jose in the future, I will return to this hotel.
