Amazing Waterfront View 2-bedroom Luxury Condo in Beautiful Farjado, Puerto Rico

This is our home away from home, and we invite you to enjoy it like we do! Consider our luxury, newly renovated condo your home while you visit Fajardo. Our amazing waterfront hacienda features 2 queen beds in 2 bedrooms, perfect for guests and families. Our condo includes WiFi, A/C, and all the comforts of home like a fully applianced kitchen, washing machine, and there is dryer in the basement ($2.25 per load). There is a relaxing pool, marina and stunning ocean views, as well a tennis, pickelball, and basketball courts on property. 24-hour security and on-premises management should you need assistance is always available.

We encourage you to stop- no, really, STOP!- every day and take in the view from our balcony looking out at the ocean and notice how the water changes colors throughout the day. Open the sliders, take it all in and just relax like we do.

Beach it at Seven Seas less than 5 minute drive away, golf at the Conquistador, hike El Yunque rainforest, or book a water adventure like snorkeling or Bio Bay- so many outdoor activities Puerto Rico can offer that we enjoy are just short walks/drives away. Find locally caught fish alongside a fresh mojito at local marinas or visit restaurants along the Fajardo cityscape and waterfront where locals meet for weekend nightlife.

Some of our faves:
The stunning rainforest, known as El Yunque, is a close 15-minute drive where Carabali Adventures offer ziplining, ATV, and UTV tours.

On your way back, stop at Los Kioskos in Luquillo, home to several beach front restaurants, bars, and live music.

Visit Vieques, a close 15-minute drive to the Cieba Ferry where you take a 45-minute ride to where the horses run free and the white, sandy beaches take your breath away, and butterflies surround many of the local hiking trails.

Visit San Juan proper where you can find lots of restaurants, nightlife, and shopping just a 45-50 minute drive back West. Work your way down to the area of Condado where you can shop 'til you drop and hit a trendy restaurant to drink, relax and recharge with some tapas or a great meal. Walk through the streets of Old San Juan and visit a UNESCO historic site at La Fortaleza- don't forget your camera!

The communication with Rebecca, the host, was wonderful from the beginning and throughout our planning and our stay. The condo is beautiful as the pictures, especially out the large sliders overlooking the bay. We spent a lot of time just enjoying the view.The condo was equipped with everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the beach chairs and wagon, and cooler to take to Seven Seas Beach.We would highly recommend this condo!

The view was absolutely amazing! The best part of the whole place and the reason I booked it. Myself and my 3 children had a wonderful stay. We loved all the beach equipment that was there for us to use. Especially the big beach wagon. It make things so easy to transport the chairs. My little ones loved the pool. We only had an issue with the shower and the dryer. The water would go from normal warm, to super hot, then to really cold. It was all over the place. And the dryer wasn't working at all so I had to take everything downstairs and dry it, so that was an unexpected expense, thankfully I had cash on me to get change. Those are really the only complaints about the whole thing. We were thankful for the sunblock and the aloe in the fridge. Overall, our stay was perfect and we would definitely come back again. The location was wonderful, and there was a little bakery within walking distance that was delicious and very reasonably priced

Our experience was mixed.My husband and I booked this apartment through the platform and, the following day, due to an unexpected situation, with my husband employer we attempted to cancel. The owner, Mrs. Barbara, informed us that the cancellation would result in a 50% charge plus an additional fee, even though there were 5–6 days remaining before the stay. For this reason, and in order not to lose that money, we felt obligated to proceed with the stay.Upon arrival, the apartment was very nice, clean, and had a beautiful view, which we truly appreciated. However, once we began using the space, several issues became apparent.The bedroom is uncomfortable for a couple, as the air conditioning unit is located very close to the bed, making it difficult to sleep comfortably, due to zero additional ventilation in the room like a ceiling fan one was left to deal with the wall a/c unit. The bathroom has very limited space, with no adequate area to place personal items.The most concerning issue was the shower area: the shower knob broken, the water pressure was low, and the water heater worked inconsistently, with the water suddenly switching from cold to extremely hot and vice versa, which is unsafe.We believe it is important to share these details so future guests are informed and so the host can address these issues. The property has great potential but requires attention to ensure a truly comfortable stay.

This Vrbo was absolutely perfect. The location was convenient to lots of adventures, the space was so beautiful, like home but better. The hosts provided so many extras, anything we could think of was there in the condo for us. The most amazing part of all though, was the view. I spent every morning as my family slept in by the open sliders. It was magical!

Everything was so lovely! The condo was pristine and had gorgeous views. We loved seeing the water at breakfast. Rebecca was so helpful throughout. The instructions were easy to follow and check in was a breeze. The condo had everything we needed for a family beach day with chairs, wagons, umbrellas, etc. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space to spread out. We would love to come back! Great family getaway spot!!

The view from the condo is amazing. The check in was not as smooth as I would like. I did not receive the guidebook prior to arrival so that was a factor. She sent it quickly once I informed her of this. Our major issue was ants all over the counter and near the sliding door. I cooked breakfast one day, fed my family, and when I returned to the kitchen there were ants everywhere. I informed the property manager and she told me where to find bug spray in the residence and implied it was my fault for not wiping down the counter before feeding my family. She also attempted to remind us to close all windows and doors when leaving. We never left the doors open when we were not there and we never opened the windows in the kitchen the entire trip. We cleaned up after every meal. That was totally unacceptable, but the spray worked well. I would recommend this property, but would request they spray prior to arrival. Also just an fyi the dryer takes forever to dry a load on every setting no matter how many items are in it.

Fantastic Property & Manager

My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights, and it was a phenomenal place! Lots of personal touches by Rebecca made the stay easy and special! The apartment looks just like it does online! We used the tennis court, and pool as well which was really nice. The only thing to note is that the hot tub wasn’t actually serviced, so we couldn’t use it, but the pool was still nice. Highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!!

It really is a million dollar view, you're short driving distance away from so many great beaches and hikes, and the security at the property was top notch holy moly! Quite simply amazing!

This condo was everything the description provided and so much more. My wife and I stayed here in late April/early May for our first visit to Puerto Rico and we had a fantastic time. Communication from the owner, Rebecca, was very good - she responded within 30 minutes to the questions I had before we got there and while we were there. The gate security and check-in process were well explained and simple to follow. Rebecca's online guidebook was also very helpful.Once we walked into the condo on a sunny afternoon, we immediately saw the floor to ceiling sliding doors and the beautiful view of the ocean. Sitting at the open sliding doors & sipping our morning coffee looking out over the ocean and watching the boats leaving and coming back to the marina became a daily ritual. We even got to see manatees swimming around in the waters close to the building one evening.The condo's location was perfect as we were about a 20-25 minute drive from El Yunque National Forest, Luquillo Beach, and the Ceiba airport and ferry terminal that we used for a flight to and ferry back from Vieques for a quick overnight stay and biobay tour. Old San Juan was also on our agenda and getting there from Fajardo took only a little over an hour which made for a great day trip.The condo itself was beautiful and had everything (and more) than we needed - beach chairs and towels, dishes, cookware, washer/dryer, etc.We highly recommend this condo and would very happily stay here again!

Exploring Fajardo and more in style

This place could have very well been owned by Marie Kondo with an appetite for a coastal taste. It is tastefully decorated, meticulously structured, labeled and thoughtfully furnished. You will find everything your need in the kitchen, condiments included, coffee readily waiting to be brewed. Bathroom is stocked with basic toiletries and plenty of laundry detergents. Once you settle, you can enjoy that million dollar view which is the highlight of this place.Most tours depart right outside the gates and the premises are beautiful. To top it off Rebecca is so very pleasant and responds to any questions within the hour. We will make sure to check for availability on this place first when we return for some more island time.

Suberb accommodation and communication

This property was wonderful on so many levels. The kitchen had anything we wanted for meal prep; beds were comfortable; it was very clean and nicely decorated. While spending time inside, the view out drew out attention. Many mornings we spotted manatees, and we simply enjoyed just taking in the view. Perhaps the best thing about this property was communication with the owners. This was our first trip to Puerto Rico. They answered questions we had prior to travel and during our stay. They also curated a very informative digital guidebook that was easy to access and provided much helpful information about our accommodations as well as local area.We highly recommend The Mist for your Puerto Rico vacation.

Wow! Cannot say enough about our stay at The Mist at Fajardo. Rebecca and Rob leave no detail unthought of as their beautiful condo met every need we could have and more. Every item we needed to feel at home was provided, labeled and convenient for use. The place was immaculate. The views were breathtaking. The amenities were many and so great for a family with kiddos. The Babigian’s helped us with any questions we had promptly and kindly. The pool, which is located amongst amazing views, was huge and our daughter had a blast there whenever we wanted to have a low key moment. But when we wanted to venture out, The Mist is conveniently located not too far from the major destination spots. I know we intend to return and highly recommend this for anyone’s next luxury vacation in Puerto Rico!

Perfect Location!

This condo was the perfect location for us to use as a home base while we explored the eastern side of Puerto Rico! It is right next to the marina which offers multiple snorkeling tour opportunities. Also a short dive to the rainforest as well as the ferry boat to Culebra!The condo itself was clean and exactly as advertised. The beach towels and in-unit washer/dryer were a huge bonus (we used them every day!Rebecca was a great host and communication exceeded our expectations!

Great Place

The place has a great view and it’s perfectly clean. It has everything you need. Had a great time staying here. Would definitely go back there!
