What a beautiful no frills boutique hotel centrally located between beaches, artsy districts, and a bus ride away from Old San Juan. It’s not the Ritz Carlton, but a homey family run accommodation with beautiful surrounding plant life a pool and balcony to spend your warm nights. I would stay here again.

The room was dirty, the kitchen had basically nothing in it, the place had hardly any light, there was someone else’s underwear under the bed. The windows, the bathroom, the boarders on the doorframes full of dust. Just over all dirty. I had to clean it myself.

Great price. 1 block (1 minute walk) from the beach. Very friendly staff and workers. Extremely safe area. They Hold your luggage before check in. I extended my stay 2 extra nights. Would definitely come back.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel at home. Everyone—from the front desk to housekeeping—was genuinely kind, attentive, and professional. Check-in was smooth, and I was greeted with warm smiles and helpful information about the hotel amenities and nearby places to eat. Any questions I had were answered with patience and enthusiasm, which made a big difference after a long day of travel. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. What stood out most, though, was how thoughtful the staff were throughout my stay. Whether it was offering directions, accommodating special requests, or just checking in to see if I needed anything, they consistently went above and beyond. A special thank you to Ricardo and Ive for your kindness and hospitality—it truly made my trip more enjoyable. It’s not every day you come across such genuine service. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a stay where you’ll feel cared for and respected. I’ll definitely be returning!

This location was close to beach, however you get exactly what you pay for we paid $113 for 1 night and I did not see any bugs. I would not recommend more than one night. Lots of easy things could be done to make the stay more comfy. A microwave, clean towels and wash cloths, mattress pads as mattress was very hard.
