Not As Advertised!

Not as advertised by host. Leaking plumbing in kitchen. Inop dishwasher. Icemaker inop. Faulty A/C not fixed for three days. Large heavy mirror just leaning against wall in common area. Lamp switch broken. Bedroom window unlockable and bangs in the wind. Electrical outlets without cover plates. Email only communication with host who may or may not respond in a timely manner. I do have pictures to back up my response. Not worth the money or aggrevation. Finally had to contact VBRO directly to get host's number to advise of an emergency situation. I checked out on the 1st, it is now the 5th, and still have not received so much as a thank you from the host. Icemaker inop. Icemaker inop.

Birthday weekend

Had a great weekend celebrating my 50th birthday with friends. The house is as pictured, there's restaurants & grocery stores within walking distance. San Juan is absolutely beautiful with lots of shops and street vendors. The cons: there are roosters so be prepared to be awaken at the butt crack of dawn. Sometimes you can hear the adjoining rentals

Everything you Need.

The house has everything a group needs to enjoy their stay in Puerto Rico. Close the airport, restaurants, and grocery stores. Enough space to accommodate large groups and the property owner is very nice. Checking in and making sure we have everything we need and providing updates if necessary. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely rent again if possible in the future
