La empleada del desayuno ni los buenos días sabe decir. El empleado del bar en las tardes por el estilo. El área del bar y desayuno, lo que más abunda es el churre solo 3 vasos plásticos para preparar tragos. La piscina el agua llena de grasa. Estuve casi una semana y ni una sola vez vi que la limpiaran. No hay quien controle el escándalo de los clientes en la piscina después de las 9 pm. Los dos últimos días no hicieron la habitación. Las camareras tocan las puertas como si la fueran a tumbar dándole golpes, no hay educación. Solo tienen buena atención por la muchachita y el joven de la recepción. En fin no recomiendo este lugar.

The hotel property is beautiful; very boho vibes which I love! The rooms very clean and comfortable. Small but simple and functional. We only wish we had small washcloths provided. They only give large drying towels so we went to Walgreens for sponges. The pool area is calm and relaxing. There's music playing up until about 9:00PM which makes the experience fun everytime you step out your room.

On several occasions no one was at the desk. We had issues with the keypad and couldn’t find anyone at the desk to help get us back into the room. Terrible parking in front of the hotel. The free breakfast was one of the reason we chose this hotel. The breakfast was not worth it. We ate out.
