Staff at the bar Joseph was personable, gave us dinning and exploration suggestion. Property was quiet and the rooms comfortable. The food and drinks at the bar were delicious. The continental breakfasts was not to my liking all they had was cold bagels, muffins whole fruit apple,banana and orange as well as coffee in paper cups tini ones.

I’ve read many complaints that honestly don’t make sense, so here’s my perspective. We arrived very late after a long flight and were warmly welcomed by Alexander and Yeisha. From the start, they made us feel at home—even though we live in the U.S. and were traveling back to Puerto Rico, our homeland. Alexander went above and beyond by giving us a tour of the property, making us laugh, and ensuring we felt comfortable. His hospitality was truly outstanding and made our short stay memorable. I noticed some reviews mentioned that the continental breakfast was “not enough.” In our experience, it was perfectly fine—especially considering it was complimentary. It was filling, fresh, and exactly what we needed before continuing our travels. Overall, the service was 100%. This hotel offers genuine hospitality, and thanks to Alexander and Yeisha, our one-night stay felt like so much more. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not only a place to stay, but also a warm and welcoming experience.

Unhappy with stay. They did not clean my room all 4 days even when sign was put in front. The only time someone entered to clean is when they put my code in without knocking and I was naked on the bed. They continued to open other doors without knocking as well because i heard other complaining when she opened their doors. Very unhappy with that. The pool was filled with flies no clean. Asked for bath towels and they ran out and only gave me pool towels.

Hotel is fairly new and very cute. Pool is small, Breakfast was a nice touch but the same every day. For a new hotel the room had a faint mildew smell.
