I had two rooms booked had to get changed 3 times. First two rooms were out in a far wing garden suite away from all amenities and you have to walk down unlit halls. Second room I had a significant leak in the ceiling and I had to move out 1130pm had an early morning flight. Phone didn’t work in room requested a replacement and never arrived. Couldn’t even call the front desk. The associate who was helping me told me i had to move everything out of the room and then they can issue a new room. I told him i will be out of all the rooms early in the AM if i could just pack in the morning. He got the manager and it was approved. Everytime you go to the front desk the associate goes to the back room for at least 10 minutes and then returns very odd. Safe didn’t work in both rooms the hotel isn’t bad overall but the maintenance is not up to par. The manager was nice removed the resort fee but it’s not about that for me on vacation. Things happen I understand but you need to maintain the facility if you are charging a premium.
