Guests can request early check-ins within 2 days of arrival. Approval is not guaranteed, and if available, a $25 per hour fee is applicable until the standard check-in time. Early check-ins won't be allowed before 8 am.

Late Check-out:
Guests can request late check-outs within 2 days of departure. Approval is not guaranteed, and if available, a $25 per hour fee is applicable after the standard 11 am check-out time. Unauthorized late check-outs are subject to a $100 fee collected through the platform to ensure a smooth transition for cleaning staff and replenishment of supplies before the next guest arrives.
