Charming beachside studio at ESJ Towers with 2 full beds, perfect for couples,
friends, or solo travelers. Just steps from Isla Verde Beach, you’ll enjoy a cozy
living area, a kitchenette, smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi — all in a secure building
with great amenities.
The Space:
Located on the 3rd floor (elevator access), the studio includes:
● 2 full beds with fresh linens
● Kitchenette
● Full bathroom
● Smart TV + high-speed Wi-Fi
Guest Access:
● Lobby café & cocktail bar
● Gym access
● Direct beach access
● Note: no parking available at this unit
Getting Around:
● 5 min to SJU Airport
● 10 min to Old San Juan
● Steps to restaurants, shops & nightlife
Other Things to Note:
● Pool currently closed
● Great for short beach getaways or remote work trips
Please be advised that the building is undergoing construction weekdays from 10 AM to 5 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control as it is a building-wide project. We wanted to let you know in advance so you can plan your daytime activities accordingly.
Security Deposit Policy: To ensure the care of our property, a $200 refundable security deposit is required for all stays. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Payment Process: A team member will contact you after booking confirmation to arrange payment, typically one day prior to your arrival.
- Requirement: This deposit must be settled before check-in. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy in agreedment with Airbnb.
- Refund Policy: The full deposit will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days after check-out, provided no damages or rule violations occur.
- Deductions: In the event of damage or necessary incidentals, you will receive a summary of deductions along with the remaining balance.
Interaction with Guests:
We want your stay to be perfect! If you run into any issues at all, please message us on the Airbnb app or give us a call right away. We're always here to help and will do our best to resolve things quickly so you can get back to enjoying your trip.
