This resort was really nice, it was very private, the staff was kind, for my friends first time in Puerto Rico and not speaking Spanish wasn't an issue so that was nice ...the food was great, it was all around a lovely experience, we're sure to do it again!!!!

We enjoyed the pool, on-site dining options were delicious, and the room was spacious. I wish the beach was groomed and cleaner. There was trash debris, bottle caps, and misc trash that could be cleaned up for a better beach experience.

This property needs work. There are a few restaurants but they are expensive and the food is not great. The rooms need gutted and remodeled. Across the street is a nice restaurant and other activities but to bowl there is a wait. Every night they had someone singing in the main area until 10p that was too loud! I loved the beach area but that was all.

The self parking is 15 per day, but it gives freedom to travel around. The property is well maintained and the house keeping is very prompt. The breakfast was good and offers continental with made to order omelets. The beach is small but beautiful. The other beaches are all at driving distance. The pool is good size. The complimentary drink and snacks in the evening is great.

Staff was good but the hotel is awful. Hotel is an icebox to hide the humidity and mold. Hotel rooms feel damp and the old worn carpets are also damp and ugly. The bathroom baseboards are rusted and at the bottom of the door , it has a hole so the trim is rusty and off the ground. The bathroom countertop was cracked. And I paid for an upgrade to partial ocean view and the balcony was UNUSABLE because there was a huge bird nest and both parents were guarding the nest so they would attack when we opened the sliding door. I would NEVER stay there again and I wish I could get a credit or partial regund for my stay there.
